- City Commission Appoints Charter Review Committee: The Coral Gables City Commission has appointed a Charter Review Committee to conduct a comprehensive review of the City Charter. The City Charter is the constitutional document that establishes the underlying structure of our city government. The City’s charter has not been reviewed for more than a decade. It was previously amended in 2004.
